We were also struck by his openness and honesty;
on the rare occasion that he didn't immediately have an answer
to one of our many questions he would immediately find us the
answer. Denny also in his capacity as mediator between us and
the seller went out of his way, even at cost to himself, to ensure
that we both got exactly what we wanted out of the transaction.

To whom It May Concern:,
I was unfortunately involved with
a real estate transaction that, unbeknownst to me, was involved
in a foreclosure situation for the sellers of the property in
question. Upon learning of this situation, we felt that we would
not be able to purchase the property in question. In an effort
to try to salvage this transaction, my realtor brought in Denny
Miller, from Metro Home Solutions, to try to negotiate a solution
to our problem.
Although these are very difficult
situations, I truly feel that Denny was able to put us in the
house, where as we would not have been able to without his help.
He was able to come to a solution that both was satisfactory
to the sellers and attained our goal of buying the property
that we desired. This process was not easy for any of those
involved, but Denny did a vary good job of keeping us up to
date of all developments and continually pushed to get this

we were living in, along with his willingness to structure terms

Our situation was owning a home that
needed to be sold before our new purchase. His ability to purchase
our existing home at a price that was very reasonable, not only
made the buying of our new house possible, but quick and easy
for us. For us, the thought of selling our home while we were
